Abstract

Christian Schnöller from AREA 47 Betriebs from Austria presents the idea and master plan behind one of Europe’s Trendiest Outdoor Playgrouns, the popular AREA 47. The name for one of Tyrol‘s biggest tourism projects derives from it´s georgraphic location, the coordinates of the 47th latitude and the 11th longitude. Located at the entrance to the Ötztal Valley between Haiming, Sautens and Roppen, AREA 47 is embedded in a beautiful natural landscape at the confluence of the rivers Ötztaler Ache and the Inn. Nature and Hightech combined to an extraordinary experience for everyone.
