Abstract
Mr Vasic's presentation talks about intercontinental hotel that he manages, that lost his license became continental, delta bought it in 2008, signed management agreement with IHG and this will become Crowne plaza next year after renovation.
He talks about that process, number of employees, challenges Delta had when they bought that hotel and entire managing and future renovation process. He also touches upon new openings of international chains in Serbia and speaks also about situation in tourism in hotels in Belgrade.
